Overview
Product and technology leader with deep experience building and improving enterprise products whose value depends on data. Across PKI Solutions, Nike, and Amazon, I’ve worked in environments exceeding 1M events, transactions, or customer interactions daily, translating complex data into security insights, demand planning decisions, and measurable customer-experience improvements.
I combine hands-on SQL analysis and technical judgment with customer discovery, product strategy, and commercial leadership. At PKI Solutions, I led PKI Spotlight from 0-to-1 development through 1-to-10 growth, establishing product, Agile engineering, support, and product marketing practices that helped drive 4x customer growth and 3.5x ARR growth.

PKI Solutions
Director of Product Management — Head of Product & Engineering
- Led PKI Spotlight from 0-to-1 development through 1-to-10 growth as an on-premises B2B cybersecurity monitoring solution, establishing Product, Agile Engineering, Support, and Product Marketing practices.
- Owned product strategy, roadmap, a $2.5M+ budget, and vendor selection, contracts, negotiation, performance, and delivery.
- Helped drive 4x new-customer growth and 3.5x ARR growth over three years. Net revenue retention was 100% in the first two years and over 92% in year three.
- Turned 1M+ daily certificate-related events into actionable security insights, packaged and exposed through APIs for downstream SIEM consumption.
- Worked directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and security specialists; combined SQL analysis with customer, support, sales, and market signals to guide investment and roadmap priorities.
- Expanded Hardware Security Module, Certificate Authority, and SIEM integrations for monitoring, risk detection, and maturity assessment within existing security workflows.
- Established onboarding, Tier 1 support, SLAs, escalation practices, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. Aligned monthly releases and quarterly announcements with customer value and go-to-market activity.
- Led AI adoption across Product and Engineering, increasing delivery velocity 50% in 90 days while escaped defects stayed below 5%. Reshaped workflows to improve delivery and reduce token utilization.
- Made hands-on architecture, technology, and tool decisions, balancing security, maintainability, and technical debt. Partnered with executives on positioning, strategic sales, acquisition, and retention.
- The platform earned Gartner recognition and a Fortress Cybersecurity Award.
Amazon
Senior Technology Program Manager III (L6)
- Led the global Alexa Shopping latency program across 100+ service and engineering teams in an ecosystem exceeding 1M customer interaction turns daily; translated utterance and latency analysis by geography into a multi-year investment roadmap.
- Delivered first-year year-over-year latency reductions of 15% for the top 95% of customer experiences and 10% for the tail 5%.
- Analyzed top customer utterances by geography and the largest performance opportunities to set targets and prioritize engineering investment.
- Aligned executive and engineering stakeholders on sequencing, dependencies, and progress across independently owned services; mentored a data analyst supporting the program.
Nike
Senior Technical Product Manager
- Led development of a custom demand planning application in an enterprise environment exceeding 1M transactional records daily, combining retail transaction and product data with AI/ML demand forecasting model outputs.
- Defined planning solutions targeting a $33M–$54M EBITA opportunity within two years through better retail plans, manufacturing aligned with forecast demand, and less unsold inventory. This was a financial target, not a realized result.
- Achieved adoption by all North America Retail Planners, the target population, within 90 days of release. Better data moved planning from predominantly Excel into the platform.
- Integrated AI/ML demand forecasting models into planning tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Applied SQL analysis to investigate data and inform product priorities and planning decisions.
- Established weekly stakeholder and user feedback sessions, using Voice of Customer insights to iterate prototypes, requirements, and priorities.
- Aligned business product management, UX, engineering, data science, and supply chain teams on dependencies and delivery.
- Recruited, coached, and mentored cross-functional talent while remaining hands-on with requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
Nike
Technical Product Manager, Go-to-Market Sales Data Reporting
- Managed the reporting portal, automated outputs, and Tableau tools used by Wholesale Sales Planning teams.
- Led data transformation and historical restatement as Nike consolidated six global regions into four, preserving reporting continuity.
- Coordinated delivery across two front-end engineers, two data analysts responsible for ingestion and ETL, and two BI engineers; managed dependencies across the portal, pipelines, and reporting.
KinderCare Education
Lead Technical Product Manager
- Led customer management ERP delivery spanning profiles, registration, payments, financial records, and daycare locations.
- Reassessed a six-month delivery plan with approximately eleven months of already identified development remaining, before accounting for missing requirements. Clarified scope, reprioritized work, and introduced Kanban; delivered approximately 4x the original scope in twelve months, twice the original delivery window.
- Developed requirements and user stories with stakeholders and led migration strategy for ten years of financial history.
- Increased delivery velocity by more than 100% within the first 30 days by managing internal and vendor engineering resources using Scrum and Kanban.
- Used wireframes and low-resolution mockups with stakeholders to clarify requirements, reducing defects and missed scope by 50%.
- Architected validation tools supporting the transition from legacy center management software to the new application.
Nike
Technical Lead
- Led customer service platforms, knowledge-base tools, chat systems, and Nike.com/GetHelp across languages and locales.
- Consolidated help websites from 28 language-locale sites to 11 shared language sites, reducing the site footprint by 60.7%, while expanding into more than a dozen new marketplaces.
- Introduced a caching strategy where none had existed, using Akamai to reduce help-page transactional costs by 40%.
- Hired and led engineers supporting critical customer-facing applications, including chat and incident management; delivered chat and IVR integrations.
AngelVision Technologies
VP of Development
- Led product strategy, delivery, creative direction, UX, and solution architecture following the merger of Darkwater Studios with AngelVision.
- Directed multidisciplinary teams building web, mobile, and emerging-media solutions; managed budgets and expanded production capabilities.
- Reduced average project turnaround from sixteen to eight weeks (50%). Separately, combined process improvements enabled 4x as many projects in the original timeframe; this capacity measure is not derived from turnaround alone.
- Reduced operating costs by $750K by streamlining consulting expenses and improving project management visibility.
- Grew the team to 29 direct reports over sixteen months, supporting more than 400 projects per quarter.
- Managed budgets of roughly 20% of company revenue, vendor delivery, and creative production.
