In 1989 Lindsay started working in IT for wine businesses in Napa Valley, building computer network software installations, corporate education for desktop applications, and building and maintaining computer networks for clients such as Domain Chandon, St. Supery, and Coroniu.
From 1992-1993 Lindsay started working in the music industry for clients such as Corrado Rustici and Jon Farris. Lindsay also built studios for producers, musicians, and The Tonight Show, as well as worked on the Johnny Carson/Jay Leno band transition.
In 1994 Lindsay starting working with database development and desktop application development for financial services. In 1995 Lindsay started building web base data base applications for extranets and intranets. Some of his clients were Synth-Bank, Frank Russell Company, and consulting with Lotus, Adobe, and Microsoft. For the next seven years Lindsay worked in advanced tech studios developing multi media rich application until he formed Darkwater Studios in 2002.
